All Girls Get Ready for an Eyefull
As it turns out, a boy going into the girls' restroom is no big deal. It was thought to be a big deal for several thousand years, but the Supreme Court has corrected that foolish thinking. So girls, get ready for an eyefull!! Penises are now welcome in the girls room.

They allowed the stay against enforcing the law while the suit continues. It will eventually end up in SCOTUS . They can't avoid the issue forever . It is not just the SC law. There is also one in West Va ;West Va v BPJ and Va Grimm v Gloucester School Board ;a 2020 ruling in the Circus court struck down a law prohibiting men who think they are women from competing in girls sports . This ruling will also come under SCOTUS review.

I think they will consolidate these into one ruling. In the meantime this South Carolina ruling as bad as it is ;is a narrow one that only is for the "John Doe" who made the suit.

In their defense ; SCOTUS plate is full because local black robed dictators are still choosing the temporary restraining card to block Trump's agenda. The suit can still go forward the emergency injunction denied .

SCOTUS cannot micromanage the lower courts . They hear roughly 80 cases a year and have no real authority to discipline the lower courts beyond ruling reversals.

The Constitution gave Congress the power to create lower courts and there is where the lower courts need to be tamed.(and that is a near impossible feat with the 60 vote Senate threshold )

If we ever have a constitutional convention, one issue to address needs to be the near tyranny of federal courts.
