Since then there has been a wave of violent crime associated with the terrorist gang.

Trump Friday signed an EO to invoke the rarely used 1798 Alien Enemies act to deport a bunch of Tren de Aragua gang bangers to El Salvador which had previously agreed to house them in their notorious prisons .

The lefty open border people went nuts and found Judge James Boasberg (DC District ) to issue a temporary restraining order (TRO) .



Unfortunately for them ,Trump was a few moves ahead . He had already loaded the gangsters on planes and sent them packing. They were already over international air near the Yucatan . Trump's lawyers advised him to ignore the TRO .

So 200 +worse of the worse spent their weekend in new luxury housing where they can battle other gang bangers for their daily bread .

When Boasberg gave a verbal injunction to Trump's team he knew he was setting up a contempt trap. Now he will issue the contempt order subjecting Trump's team to criminal prosecution.

Trump's DOJ won't act on it . But will a Dem Justice Dept not ? And even if SCOTUS reverses his ruling on Trump's interpretation of the Alien Enemies Act ,the contempt charges will be a separate issue.
