    Hello kei:

    Foreclosure stays on your credit report for 7 years. Bankruptcy stays on there for 10 years. Based on that, I'd say the former is better.

    Also it can depend on the rest of your creidt report, if you have dozens of late pays if you have non payments and other issues, it can just depend.
