On Thursday Sept 5 . a J6 Awards Gala will be held at the Trump Bedminster NJ golf club. Trump won't be there . But his face is front and center on the invite .

In my humble opinion ;whatever you think of the events leading to the protest on January 6 ,the fact that the protest turned into a riot is not something to be celebrated .

Either Trump or his surrogates thinking that it is something worthy of awards is baffling and weird.

To host such an event in the middle of a campaign is folly .
