It pays to collude for the deep state
Lisa Page and Peter Strzok were high level FBI operatives . They were also lovers .Lisa was in a panic Trump won in 2016 . They were texting about it . Calling Trump an idiot and disparaging Trump supporters Page declared that Trump could not be allowed to become President . Strzok replied that the FBi had an "insurance policy " against Trump .

Strzok was assigned to the Mueller investigation . He was later fired when these texts were released by acting FBI Director Rod Rosenstein. Page later resigned .

Both sued . Both won (settled ) their law suits against the FBI .

Page got $800,000 for colluding against President Trump .
Strzok got a cool $1.2 million because their texts were released .

He has a separate suit pending over his firing.

Her attorneys said in a statement that “the evidence was overwhelming that the release of text messages to the press in December 2017 was for partisan political purposes and was against the law. ”

But being law enforcement officers colluding to get the elected President wasn't against the law.
