Executive privilege is a 2 way street .
The House Oversight Committee subpoenaed deputy chief of staff Annie Tomasini, senior adviser Ashley Williams and Jill Biden's top aide, Anthony Bernal . They are looking for depositions regarding the President's health. Chair James Comer claims that the committee is "concerned" that each official is "one of several White House staffers who have taken it upon themselves to run the country while the President cannot."

Now there is a chance that Jack Smith could convince an appeals court to remover her from the case. But while conservatives bemoan many a judicial decision you never see such overall outcry . Her decision like it or not was thorough and well thought out and complies with the SCOTUS immunity decision.
