But new accusations are aimed at UNRWA having a direct participation in the Nov 7 massacre including directly kidnapping Israeli citizens .

UNRWA said Friday that Israeli authorities provided information that several of its employees were involved in the attacks. The allegations were made against 12 employees, according to the U.S. State Department.
