California ;the champion of the ballot initiative ,has(had) a measure on the ballot that would give the people some control over the confiscatory taxing policies of Guv Newsom and the Dem majority that has almost dictatorial control of the state .

The referendum would require new taxes to be approved by voters, not just lawmakers.

The Guv does not like the referendum. So the Guv's lawyers went to the Dem packed State Supreme Court to get it removed from the ballot.


And just like that ;the court bowed the to the will of the Guv and the Dem super-majority in the legislature.
