    Since Yertle the turtle Mitch McConnell became a Repub leader in the Senate . The national debt has grown $25 trillion

    During Madame Mimi Pelosi's tenure the national debt grew $22 trillion

    Since Shmucky Shumer became the Dem big wig in the Senate in 2017 ;the dedbt has grown $14 trillion.

    It is under their leadership that each and every American (as Jl noted ) owes $100,000

    Most addicts don't address their addiction until some crisis (arrested and jailed, wife leaves, becomes homeless) forces them to do something. I suspect our national addiction to deficit spending will end up likewise.

I am an impulse buyer. If I like something, I'll buy it. What I usually buy is food, candy and gum. My cafeteria money disappears in Weeks even though it is supposed to last a month. I CAN control myself, but it makes me happy to buy food... and other materials. Advice?
