Is anyone surprised that NBC would step up to defend this? To be fair, I don't think the average homosexual is out to target children, but I do suspect the activist side of that group does have it as a goal. And that's not to mention the significant number of straight men who would like to see the age of consent reduced to some figure below 16.

In a small minority of cases that is true. This site, a thoroughly biased one, says 19%, meaning it is less, no doubt, than 19%. And note that it is merely referring to "some form of gender confirmation surgery."

It's both. The young boys are almost always targeted by the gay crowd. To deny that is plain silliness. According to this site, about 1/3 of children forced into the sex trade are boys.

Very true. Fact is, Tom would not make comments such as, "You do realize, don't you, that no one is 100% male or female," or suggest that chats with TG individuals (and examining their "altered genitals"?) somehow amounts to "research".
