btw she is referring to the upcoming Moore v Harper SCOTUS case which is about redistricting and Nothing to do with what she calls turning over to state legislatures the power to over turn election results .

here are the details . Last November NC legislature issued new Congressional districts based on 2020 census results. The NC Dems challenged it in court, The NC State Supreme court agreed with them and remanded the redistricting to a state court .That court drew the districts on it's own.

NC says that the legislature alone has that power.

That is the question for SCOTUS to decide .

If what you say is true, then you must be consistent and de-platform former president Trump, 98% of the Republican party leadership, and about 35 million white evangelicals. The evangelicals can be de-Christianized (sort of like de-platformed) since their form of Christianity is hardly Christianity.

There are a number of verifiable cases of election fraud that occurred in 2020, so liberal dems, rather than acknowledging it and pressing for changes to make elections more reliable and honest, are instead choosing to point the finger of fake news against the repubs.

Making claims they cannot verify seems to be common practice among liberals. Take, for example, this statement.
