as he is about to take questions from the governors .
See it here at about the 21:07 point of this C-Span video . President Biden Meets with Governors | C-SPAN.org WHO IS IN CHARGE ? This has happened a number of times in the last year. In this case he identifies the Governor his handlers (aka "they") told him to call on . But before questioning begins a handler in the background abruptly ends the meeting ;leaving Clueless in a stupid sheepish grin. My guess is that he was showing signs of incoherence .So they decided it was time for his nap. |
