    How soon can I dye hair
    How soon can I dye hair after I have dyed it.It is a permant hair dye and I have dye it about a week ago.

    You should wait at least 3 weeks minimally from when you last colored it. The longer you wait the better for your hair. Over processing your hair will make it dry, brittle and crack and break easily. Make sure you are using a good deep conditioner or a daily leave in conditioner .

    My stylist said I could use the "wash out in 12 shampoos" kind over permanent until the hair can withstand another permanent treatment. I tried to go blond and got orange and used the wash out kind for several months until I could cut and color safely.
