    Basement Lighting
    Hope someone can help with this.

    Finishing my basement and wondering if I am getting myself into a jam but putting my lighting on a 20A circuit. I plan on wiring with #12 to each light so that I can get more lights on a circuit. This circuit would have 14 recessed lights among 3 switches. Is this a problem? Figuring on 65w bulbs in each light.

    A 20 amp circuit can handle 1980 watts, the lights you have total 910 watts, so you are fine.
