    Heat Pump (A/C)
In the early AM when the unit tries to come it just humms and the fan doesn't move. I have replaced Fan motor and blades. Could it be the wiring in the unit outside or could it be something inside the house? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Could be many things. Start with checking both high and low voltage circuits. Then see if the contactor in the outside unit is working.

If the compressor hums and tries to start and the fan won't run, you may have a bad dual run capacitor. Sometimes a completely open run capacitor will keep both from starting. Other than that it could be a lot of things.
