    Kenmore Dryer voltage
    Good morning!

    Excuse me, I don't speak English and I am writing of Brazil with the help of a translating program.
    A friend gave me a drying one, Kenmore Dryer 80 Series, MOD 110.62852100, to SER. ML3716205, TYPE DWSR-HE-2406028-CV54, and my doubt is on the voltage of this machine, I didn't get to identify if it is 120 or 240 volts.
    Could you help me.

    Electric dryers in the US are 220 vac. I don't know a thing about the voltage in your country but maybe you can come back with more info. How does the plug prongs match with your outlets? Could you describe the plug please. Don't worry, the translation programs appears to work just fine.

    In my house I have as pattern 220 vac, but I also have 110 vac.
    I will need to change the plug of the cable, because it is not standard in Brazil, but that won't be a problem.

    Chances are excellent that the dryer will work in your home if you can get the 220 plug to match your 220 outlet. You may also need to check the breaker on the 220 feed to insure it is adequate for the dryer, they pull a lot of power.

    American dryers have 2 feeds that are 120 volts above ground and 240 volts to each other. They have a third wire that is a grounded neutral. The motor and controls are connected to one of the hot feeds and the neutral and operate on 120 volts. Newer dryers have a fourth wire grounding the cabinet.

    If Brazil uses the English system of a hot 220 volt feed, the dryer will not work. As long as you have the 110 available, you should be OK.
