We also know that Comey showed it to Trump to basically tell him "look what we have on you " . We also know that various operatives inside the Obama Adm used the dossier as a pretext to do a surveillance operation on Trump and his campaign. We know while they were doing that they were making unprecedented FISA unmasking requests (including requests by Samantha Power who now claims that someone was using her name to make the requests ;which in itself is a criminal act ) .

I'm talking about a different type of action, something along the lines of; you have lost the confidence of the parliament, you're fired! That is usually followed by an election in which the voters can elect the same bunch of dunces again, I don't have much confidence in the judgement of the voters
