    Help With The Title Please, A Dark and Gloomy Island
    Saw a movie many years ago about an Island that was dark and gloomy
    There was no kind of noise or loud music could be heard or played
    They had Plate of some sort that they whispered into at town hall or something
    Only whispering was aloud
    It had the mysterious creature on it to I believe.Can't remember
    Anyone one that played in it either, I would love to see it again
    Can someone help me with the title? Thanks
