    If I have unreimbursed 1065 expenses and these expenses were not recorded on my 1065,

    Yes, unreimbursed partnership expenses CAN be claimed on your personal tax return.

    However, it is ALWAYS better to claim the expenses on the Form 1065, because claiming them on your Form 1040 is both complicated and can be an audit flag.
