If you are eating correctly, full grains like wheat breads, cereals, pasta, lean meats like skinless chicken, turkey, fish, loin type meats and lots of veggies and fruits your off to a good start. Exercise is a key to losing body fat, a regular full body workout, like aerobics, weight/resistance training, jogging, running, walking. Your pretty young, and although I don't know how tall you are the sizes your telling me are still considered small. I can only suggest that you look into how you feel about your body, it you feel you need to make changes, great, I've given you some suggestions, but your opinion of your body is the only opinion that counts!
