    You have the responsibility to care, teach and help your child till they aer 18. You can not just kick her out on the street. If you have issues, try getting help for them.

    Well if you are divorced then they have the choice of going with whichever parent at the age of 13 but if you aren't yo have to keep them until they are 18.
