    How can I stop paying child support without getting in trouble...

    Unfortunately you can't. If you are court ordered to pay, you must pay. You and your partner (at the time) produced a child together. You both have a financial responsibility toward that child until he/she reaches adulthood. Your ex, with the full help of the government, will take all the necessary steps to ensure that happens.

    The US government has a special retirement program for people who don't pay child support, they are so excited they help furnish you free bed and breakfeast. And the fun part is there is free job training, I know many that have learned to make license plates, and there is even free dance lessons in the housing units I have heard.
