    What can I do?
Someone I am seeing videoed us having sex. When he asked repeatedly for it, he ignored my pleas. He could certainly use it against me. Do I have any rights in this matter?

Did he do this secretly or were you aware the cameras were running?

Did you participate voluntarily? Did you know you were being videotaped?

Depending on where you live, some places are enacting "revenge porn" laws.

You can check the laws in your state/country to see what can be done if he sends the video to other people or posts it on-line.

Little confused here. #1 "Someone I am seeing videoed us having sex" So the 2 of you had, I would assume, consensual sex. #2 When he asked repeatedly for it, he ignored my pleas. Who are the first and second HE?. Is there a 3rd party involved? #3 "He could certainly use it against me". Your sex partner? 3rd. party?
