    Greystone RV electric fireplace
    Hi, my fireplace doesn't work. My RV is new I bought it from another state and can't get the dealer to help. Can anyone tell me how it works. I have downloaded the manual still no help.

    No, I can't but logic tell me that an electric fire place would consume so much energy that it would only work when connected to an electric supply. Also that you should check all circuit breakers.

    If it is new and you get no response from dealer call manufacturer.
