    I installed a second 20 gal captave water tank and the new one won't fill,
    I connected a second tank for volume. 60 lbs on my taps.no water entering the new tank

    I am assuming you are speaking of a bladder type pressure tank. If so, just give it some time. Once the air under the diaphragm has been dissolved (takes a few weeks), the tank will fill properly.
