What can I do if someone on probation is threatening me?
My boyfriend is on probation for bodily injuring me. We don't live together anymore but we've been talking and I've mentioned I want to break up but he doesn't want to. He's been harassing my family members by calling them in odd times of the night and sending them my nude pictures. He's threatened me to send them out to everyone I know on Facebook if I don't talk to him. Is there a way his parole officer can do something about this or do I just have to deal with it?

You have to report him to his parole officer, or your local establishment and possibly get a restraining order against him.

Either report him to the police or his probation officer. If he sent nude photos to family members, he is breaking the law. If he's on probation that will get his probation revoked.

If you don't report him to somebody then he can continue to threaten, harass, control, and intimidate you.

    Hi.

Don't bother with his parole officer. Talk to the police. I am pretty sure this falls under harassment and sexual harassment.

Remember that you are your own person and you owe NOTHING to anyone. Your decisions are your own and you should not let anyone change your mind. If you want to break up with him then that is your choice. He can't change your mind. You don't have to deal with. He needs to respect your choices. Call the police on him, mention he's on parole and the name of his parole officer. This will get him in a mess of trouble.

I applaud your decision on leaving the person you Bodily Injured you. You don't need that.

    Good luck.

Report him to the police, and also to the PO.

But first stop talking to him, don't read his text, don't answer his call, block him and more

I spoke to his probation officer and told her he was threatening
Me with my pictures and harassing my family and all she said was
To let her know if he continued to do it and to make a police report.
We're in different states he was arrested and put on probation in Texas
But he had them transfer it to Missouri so he could be with his family.
When I left him I had to call a shelter for battered women because he kept
Putting his hands on me and had bruises which they took pictures of. He's
Also left the state which is in violation of his probation as well as
Continuing to hurt me, now harassing my family and I. can he go to jail for
This? If so, how can I make that happen?

So did you file a police report? Did he continue? Did you tell the PO that he continued?

I haven't made a police report yet, I don't really know whether to call the Texas police or the Missouri police for this matter and I also haven't contacted his probation officer because we hadn't spoken until a couple hours ago and the po's office hours are mon-fri. but he did continue to threaten me and I somewhat recorded what he was saying.

The PO told you what to do, so do it. You are continuing your victim status by your inaction. You report it to your local police and let them tell you what else to do.
