I want to put a trailer on our farm.
It is zoned a Farm or Agricultural.

What is the laws other than the permit to haul trailer to property.

There is no building fee or codes requirements.

It is all going to depend where you live. As far as I know, farms are given a very large freedom to do pretty much anything on the land that is not afforded to ordinary property. You need to check with your county for exact requirements.

Any question on law needs your general locale as laws vary by area. Plus Zoning laws are very local usually on the county or township level. So the best thing is to your local Zoning dept and ask. Factors that may be considered are who will be living in the trailer, will they be paying rental?
