70's B-Movie about Female Cop
This B-movie is an eponymous, campy, one-word-titled movie about a female cop. There is a scene where she is making love to a man, and during the sex, he gets shot in the back with an arrow. The main antagonist in the movie is also a woman. There is another scene where two thugs, a black man and a white man are involved in a chase scene. During the chase, a motorcycle gang passes them, interfering with the chase. The black man calls them, "jive turkeys on wheels," I believe. What movie is this?
