Midland Credit Management. I see a suit has been filed in a county that I lived in about 5yrs ago. They are filing in small claims court and I have left a couple of messages but so far no one has gotten back to me. I HONESTLY have no idea who they are or what that is even about. Anyone know anything about the company?

You will like to read this site Rip-off Report.com - badbusinessbureau.com Looks like they are a collection agency and are after to you for an old debt. Do not offer them a settlement or a payment until you know if the statute of limitations has run out, usually 7 years.
