My name is Stormi. I've been off the depo shot for almost 2 years. My husband and I are currently trying to conceive a baby. I have my periods regulated I'm even taking fertility pills due to 6 months of no success. I usually have heavy periods, but this month was a lot lighter. Is there a possibility I am pregnant?

Yes, it's a possibility. A lighter period than normal could be due to pregnancy, but of course it could just be a lighter period this cycle.

Have you been using clomid? If so, has your doctor been monitoring your progress?

You could try a pregnancy test; nothing to lose and the sooner you know that you are pregnant, if you are, the better.

If negative, see what happens next month with your period. In the meantime, since you are trying to become pregnant, be sure that you make any lifestyle changes that you know would be healthy.

Keep in mind that it can take quite a bit of time to become pregnant. While most couples will have success within a year of trying, some will find it takes even longer.
