    Eviction in horry county sc
My landlord signed a lease with me for 1 year, knowing I had 2 dogs. I have so many repairs in need, that when I asked when they were planning on trying to complete them, he cursed me out. He told me if I was unhappy in his house to get the #### out. I than received a cert. letter telling me that I needed to remove my 2 dogs within 14 days of the notice. I had told them on a issue where the dogs were fighting over a cookie, and I tried to break it up, and was bitten on my hand. They have been coming in for a few minutes here and there, and with this happening I have had to crate my dogs for long hours. They were stressed out with the un normal conditions that have been happening. They are using this against me and saying my dogs were aggressive towards me, so they need to go. The letter also says they will stop all work on the property and not allow any of their workers in even with the dogs in the crate.
I did call them and they told me I could have to the end of the month. I just don't understand how or what to do next. I want to move out, but money and suitable housing is a issue.

You haven't been evicted YET. However, knowing you had 2 dogs before the lease signing may not matter, they may have been thinking little lap dogs not particularly about aggressive dogs. What type are they-fighting over a cookie and biting you? As much as I appreciate pets, " but money and suitable housing is a issue", it may be time to give them up. What does it say about pets in the lease?

I doubt if 14 days is legal in this instance. However the notice is not a legal eviction. They would have to go to court to get an eviction order. When they take you to court you can argue that this is retaliation for your asking for all the repairs. But I think you will have a hard time if you had to crate the dogs. The best I think you can hope for is more time to find a new place.
