    Help
I am a 26 yr old female and I am having trouble with my menstrual cycle. I didn't get one last month and this month I feel very crampy like I need to make a bile movement but I don't. My body just doesn't feel right. Do you think I might be pregnant? What should I do ?

Have you taken a pregnancy test, right after you woke up the first time you pee in the AM yet? I'm assuming you are at least 2 weeks late based on not having had one last month. That would be the first thing to do. ONLY in the morning right after you wake up... never at any other time of the day.

Women will sometimes miss a period, or have off cycles, that is actually a normal. Also if you miss one, you may have more cramping and pain the next month. (the pain and cramping can vary greatly month to month also.

Even women who have always been regular can be off due to stress, diet, life changes and more.

If you are having sex, of course you could be pregnant. The only way to tell if you are pregnant, is take a test.
