    Room on top of garage
We are wanting to add a bonus room on top of a flat roof garage. The inspector said the concrete the garage sits on will need footings put in to support that addition. Is there any way to do this without having to tear out the good existing concrete?

Present garage must be just sitting on a pad. Call a concrete contractor and ask.
