That lasted for a week then back to discharging watery clear fluid on the 16 of Nov until now but once on the 29th of Nov I wiped an there was pink discharge just once, the discharge sometime smell like discharge an some times its doesn't smell at all an then sometimes it smell like ammonia an now with in a week my vagina does to hurt don't know because I'm discharging so much its getting sore... No Obamacare? No Medicaid? No it can't be "cured at home".. You need to see an OB/GYN. Work something out with a local OB/GYN or look into community health care, they typically have sliding scales for payment.

You're not going to like the advice then. This is a sign that the subtle chemistry is off in your reproductive tract. Which could be fungal, bacterial, or other. There is no way, regardless of the information that you provide, that we can say what it is or what you should do to solve the problem. That is what a doctor is for. Which is what you're going to have to see to figure this out. It could be something as simple as a bacterial infection or yeast infection, but it could be something else or something worse. Please see a doctor, that is the only way to remedy this situation.

If you google 'ammonia smell vaginal discharge' you will find many chat rooms and medical sites discussing bacterial vaginosis. Being well informed AND seeing a doctor is always best.

A miscarriage is a more remote possibility, maybe combined with vaginosis.

You gave us no history so we can't advise.

You need to go to the nearest Emergency Room and have a doctor take a look at you. They always have an OB/Gyn on call. Perhaps after you get straightened out, you can go to your local health dept. There they can possibly try birth control pills for your period to become more regular with less flow. It just depends. I had a hysterectomy when I was 30 due to the same problems. The ER at the hospital is a good place to start. They have social workers on call there too that can help assist you with different resources. Some hospitals have what they call "patient assistance" to help with the cost of the hospital bill. That have to see you regardless---as long as they receive federal dollars for Medicare, they have to see you! It's the law. There are actually doctors and Specialist that participate in community charity plans to help the unfortunate ones without insurance. They often times donate their time and services for free! Do not suffer... go to the ER!
