At work walking back to my work station I noticed a poof sensation coming from my Virginia, followed by a flow. I went to the restroom, took a pee. Then thought to myself all darn my period has started. Not then realizing I'm like a week and a half early. Cleaned myself up and went back to work. Later that work day almost time for me to go. I started to feel mild cramps and back pain, still normal right? Went home took a shower and took my kids outside to play. Came back in like an hour later cooked dinner, ate and then laid down. Then it hits. I'm feeling sharp pains in my pelvis, I'm cramping and having bad back pains. I did the heating pad, I took pain pills and I even soaked in a hot tub. Nothing helped. I tossed and turned even started to cry. This is no period I have ever experienced. I go to the restroom to change myself and it's nothing there but my stomach is swollen and feeling very heavy. I lay back down to cry to myself. Hours past I take more meds and go to take another soak. Idk what else to do. I took a shot of liquor and now I'm feeling a tad bit better. I did my hair after getting out the tub which took like 30min of me getting out of the tub to notice I'm bleeding everywhere. At first I thought that maybe I have forgotten to put on a tampon, but I had one on. When I took it out and cleaned myself once again it's blood clots everywhere. But the swelling in my stomach has gone down. I still was cramping but my has become to look like a normal period. Now here it day 3 and all day nothing but spotting. Still mild cramps. Now about me, I'm married and my husband and I use the pull out method. Which has been doing good for the past five years. I'm 28 with two healthy boys, never any complications. Besides my gestational diabetes. I have lost 3 pounds in four days prior to all this mess. And being that my birthday was on the fifth of this month I am guilty of partying hard all month long. And on top of all of this I am a bit of a drinker. No fever, no vomiting. Just the weight loss and very weird and painful period. Please help. Going to the doctor have to be a must in order to get me to go. Does this seems like an emergency situation.

The hot bath probably started the heavy bleeding and release of blood clots. No way for us to know if this was a miscarriage but certainly appears so from the symptoms you are describing.

Yes, I would get checked out ASAP even if you are still bleeding.

Maybe I'm reaching saying miscarriage. With these same symptoms and my family history. It could be fibroids. Thanks for replying. My mom had me a little worried. I'll make an appointment to see my doctor.

Oh and guys I took two at home pregnancy tests and both were negative. I just done it this morning. Which is actually day 4 and not 3 of " the weird and the unknown".
