Daughter is facing her 3rd felony probation violation in NC after she absconded to SC
How much time can she get for her 3rd felony probation violation in NC? The first 2 times she pulled 6 months each, and then moved to SC for 6 years. A few weeks back she was in a traffic check in NC and was arrested for felony failure to appear. Now she has a court date in Wilkes county for a H/I felony probation violation.

Not nearly enough information, but I would guess she'll have to finish out the original sentence time.

She can get up to her entire probation time. It will most likely be years.
