    Can I 1099 c my exhusband? He bankruptced out of our divorce decree?
    Can I 1099-c my ex-husband? The took my premarital property and martial truck and then bankrupted out of our divorce decree?

    How did he "take" your premarital property, it was in your name wasn't it? Martial truck? Marital trust perhaps? Spell check please. Need more details as there could be many questions, particularly with the trust as there is more then 1 "marital trust" if that is what you mean.
