So I was doing some research on miscarriages and came across vitamin c as something that can help start and complete a miscarriage. Is this true and how effective is this method

Vitamin C doesn't bring on miscarriage. Of course take a huge overdose of anything, even water, and you can die, so I suppose you could possibly OD on C, but mostly too much of it makes you very jittery. Then, being water soluble, you excrete it.

Excess vitamin C is excreted in the urine. If you are pregnant and want to terminate, the healthiest way to do so is under medical supervision.

Just tell your parents that you are pregnant and then you can responsibly consider all of your options with the advice of a doctor, and not under secrecy and fear. They won't hate you - they may be angry or disappointed, but you aren't the first teenager to get pregnant.

There is no reliable way to cause yourself to miscarry. There are a lot of ways to kill or permanently disable yourself and cause serious birth defects to your unborn child, which still won't assure that you will miscarry. Abortion may be an option but must be medically supervised. And, if you are in fear and secrecy, you likely can't realistically make a mature and informed decision about something so serious.

You know, we all make mistakes in life and it takes a strong person to just face the consequences and ask for help. It seems like that's what you need to do. Vitamin C or any other vitamin could make you sick, hurt your baby - and then you have a new baby with a disability that you caused. Is that what you want to do? This is a bump in the road - a serious one, with long-term consequences, but you will get through this even facing it, even seeing people disappointed in you or angry. It will pass, you will work it out.
