    I had my period at the beginning of the month and today I started spotting I had sex twice 4 days ago after sex I started having abdominal pain I had my tubes tied 4 years ago what could this mean

    Your tubes might be tied but that just stops that troublesome egg form becoming fertalized. There is a bunch of other things that could be wrong. Are these pains continuing? It could just be random cramps. It might warrant a trip to the doctors.
