    I removed the allen srcew but handle still will not come off, there is a second hole?

    Chances are corrosion has kept them together. Try some WD40 in the hole and heat a bit with a hair dryer. Sometimes you need a lot of upward pressure.

    I would suggest to spray some vinegar inside the hole leave it to soak then try jiggling an pull up, good luck.
