    Increasing the speed on a 1200 turbo elect. Scooter
    If I connect the negative on the battery to the negative on the motor will it make my scooter go faster,how much faster and would this cause any type of damage

    It can cause the unit to run uncontrolled. Your best bet at increasing speed would be to reprogram the controller directly. Increaseing speed will have tradeoffs in decreasing the life of the machine.
