I am 21 years old and a virgin and my period is late. For the months of October and November I have been having some digestive problems and as a result have lost about 25 pounds. Though while I was losing the weight I did have my period twice, on October 2nd and October 29th, both normal length and flow. If I'm counting correctly my period should have come over a week ago and I'm getting a little worried. To add to this what made me more worried is that today I had a feeling like horrible cramping between my vagina ( and a little back) and the bottom part of my stomach, it felt like I was being repeatedly stabbed with a knife over and over, I couldn't really even walk, it hurt too much. After about an hour or more it went away, that has never happened to me before. It disappeared like it came, all of a sudden. I have been bloated and having some headaches, I have had some lower back pain, but like I said before no period. I can't figure out what's happening or why. Please if you have any answers, I'm all ears. I really need an answer and fast.
