    Halogen light
    Utilitech switch controlled floodlight blowing bulbs keep blowing. Using proper power source and haven't touched the bulbs

    A loose neutral can cause voltages to go higher or lower than 240 volts, Multicircuits included,(2 circuits on opposite phases sharing a neutral).
