How imp is to lose weight
Hello. I am new on this website. I had intautrine death at 32 weeks 2 months ago. It was the worse experience of my life when I got 2 know that my baby died inside me without any reason. Doc couldn't explain why it happened. But when the baby was delivered 1 cm of the cord was shrunk! It was squeezed and doc couldn't explained the reason. Its hard for me and my husband to move on as it was our 1st pregnancy and v were so excited about it. Only a baby can heal our pain. V want 2 try again as soon as possible. I had one period after delivery.I want 2 wait for another 2 cycles before trying again for pregnancy. But the prob is my extra weight. I am 10 kg over my actual weight nw. If I try with this weight den ill again more 12 to 20 pounds.. ill gain too much wait.. so I want 2 come back to my actual weight which was 49-50 kgs to start a new pregnancy. Is it a right decision? Bcoz am trying hard and doing exercises but weight loss progress is slow.. n I really want 2 get pregnant again as soon as possible. Please guide

I am very sorry for your loss. It is important that you follow your doctor's recommendation as to when to conceive again. If you conceive too early your body won't have the adequate reserves to grow a healthy baby. Usually 6 months is sufficient after losing a baby that far into gestation.

Also remember that you didn't put that weight on quickly, so you won't lose it quickly either.

First a new pregnancy and a baby is not the way to cure any emotional loss.

Finding peace within yourself and a couple, without a new pregnancy is what really needs to happen.

Extra weight or no extra weight, not really an issue about a new pregnancy, But as noted, there is no magic weight loss, no fad fix. It takes a change in diet, exercise and time.
