    Out of breath,arms go numb, feel like I am going to pass out
    What are some possibilities that could cause out of breath all the time, my arms go numb, see stars then feel like I might pass out

    Extremely high blood pressure, heart problems, lung problems. The list goes on and on. Please seek immediate medical attention.

    Most 'lists of symptoms' are only a very tiny bit helpful in determining a diagnosis or even a set of possible ones.
    We don't know if you are 20 or 80, 100 lbs or 300 lbs, in a developed country or not, male or female, family history, your health history, diet, supplements. medications... on and on.
    Please don't try to answer any of the above. You need to be examined in person, regardless.
