If I Was Asked To Leave My Home By My Significant Other 3 Years Ago, Am I Still Entitled To Half Of The House Or Have I Lost All Claim To It. My Name Is Still On The Mortgage, But I Filed Bankruptcy Soon After I Left. I Need To Know My Rights So If I Am Entitled To Half, I Can Finally Go After What Is Mine.

    Thank You.

You should have equity in the home if your name is on the title. You should have stated the home equity in your BK and claimed a homestead exemption.
