My wife
I found out that my wife is married in Dubai... But we are married by Canadian law... and she lives with me in Canada. But goes back and forth 2-3 times a year.
Questions: what can I do? She has been married for the past 2 years in Dubai and has started a business with her Dubai husband? She is sending him money and they are using our line of credit in Canada to support her business.
What are Dubai's rules about someone being married in another country and also married to someone else in Dubai?

The heck with Dubai law... bring this to the attention of authorities in Canada, its certainly not legal there. Easier to do something there about this.
Where was she married first? To you or to him? The second one is generally not accepted as valid. And not even in Islam are women allowed to marry more than one man. Though in Many places Muslim men can and do marry more than one woman. (I know a couple)

She is perpetrating a fraud on YOU, and that calls for you to remedy the situation by getting her out of your life. Forget the laws in Dubai, get a lawyer and protect your assets and divorce her.

Whose marriage was first.
The first marriage is the legal one.
She is guilty of bigamy.
So take all the money from her,
File for divorce, sue her for fraud

Actually, I don't know if divorce would be the proper remedy. As is noted, in most civilized places (Canada probably included), the second supposed marriage would be void. So OP would go for an annulment, not a divorce, I believe. But in any event, he should see an attorney licensed to practice law in his jurisdiction (Canada licenses attorneys by province.), and seek advice.
OP should immediately cancel all credit cards for which she has the ability to charge. In other words, notify the credit card company that he will not longer be responsible for any charges made henceforth. And, of course, do the same with other financial accounts such as checking accounts.

Deported
What to do when you find out your wife is married to a residence of Dubai... but also married to me in Canada (by Law). She lives with me in Canada and goes back and forth 3 times a year.
Not sure if there marriage is legal in Dubai, for they just call each other husband and wife to avoid the laws in Dubai (Sharia law)
How can I get him deported and her also?

You can not get anyone deported. If they violated some rules of immigration you can report them.
The issue is you just divorce her and forget it, But if they are really married in Dubi, you are not really married, your marriage would not be "legal"
