How Do I divorce a Canadian?
Hello. I have been married for 5 yrs to a canadian. I worked for over 3 yrs getting his green card, legal residence status. We own a home & property together. Now he has gone back to Canada. I have been abandoned. He has worked away from home for 4 yrs. Can I still divorce him even if he is in Canada?
Thanks! Guys! I'm new to this. I live in Texas. Bye for now. Any thoughts would be great! :p
