My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for about a year and a half now and we still have not had any luck, but I think I may be pregnant now. We have been married almost two years now. I recently went to my OBGYN and talked to him about different ways in helping us get pregnant. He has me taking my BBT every morning and taking prenatal vitamins. I also use ovulation tests every month. I have been doing all of this for the past month now. I had two periods for the month of March (which has never happened to me before). The first one was March 7-March 12 and the second was March 31-April 4. For the past 2 weeks, my breast have been really extremely soar and my nipples are very sensitive. I don't have morning sickness although I do have night sickness. Every night, like right now, I feel very nauseated to my stomach and sick. I am overly exhausted, all I want to do is sleep. I have not took a pregnancy test cause I don't want to get my hopes up but they say that a woman knows when she is pregnant and I really, really feel like I am. Can someone give some advice.

Yes, scary as it seems, take a HPT. Then judging by your answer there either got to the doctor (positive) or wait a week and see if the period comes (negative). Then test again. If it is still negative. Go to your doctor to see why. It could be that the hormone levels aren't high enough to register on HPT, but a blood test should work. Also, if you are really stressing about Trying to conceive, the stress can make it more difficult to conceive, and really mess with your period, causing it to knock off cycle... try to take it easy, as hard as that sounds. Many couples try for long periods to conceive... its hard to handle when it seems that the ones who aren't expecting it have no trouble, and the ones who really want it, have diffuiculties... your symptoms sound about right though... good luck.
