Tighten Grohe Europlus II Kitchen Sink
My kitchen faucet is very loose and I have tried to tighten it from underneath with no luck. Grohe specs also clearly show an Allen screw in the handle that I cannot find on my faucet. Any ideas?

See attached link for manual. Grohe shows this as a discontinued item.

    .

    Agree spec show set screw.

Show us a pic of the underside of the handle. Sometimes these screws are covered with a little plug.

    Hi Orchardhill75

You don't need to remove the handle to tighten the faucet down. In this case, you need to remove the QUICK COUPLING under the sink/faucet that attaches the hose to the shank of the faucet. If you go to the link Ma0641 posted and look at the "exploded view" you will see the quick coupling... it just unscrews. Here, you would disconnect the hose from the quick coupling and then unscrew the coupling from the shank... then you can access the shank nut to tighten the faucet in place. A deep socket may be needed here.

    Use a strong flashlight here!!

After the faucet is properly tightened, wrap some Teflon tape to the threads of the shank and reinstall the quick coupling, etc...

    Back to you...

To remove the handle on the Europlus kitchen faucet WITH NO VISIBLE SET SCREW, you have to twist the ridged ring below the handle counterclockwise and it separates from the top a bit, exposing the set screw.
